Clean, Simple and all sites can be managed with ease using Open Source Technologies (free and if you can use Microsoft Word then you can edit your own website). My work starts at $3,000 and include a content management system, website hosting & email. (In most cases you shouldn’t be paying for a CMS, open source systems are free and can meet and exceed any companies requirements.)
