Pirate Bay on Trial

So I am following the current legal battle for Pirate Bay and it got me thinking, Why hasn’t the likes of Google or Yahoo been dragged into this mess yet?

For those of you who are unaware of what the Pirate Bay is, it is a search engine for torrents and basically BitTorrent is a peer to peer method for transferring  large amounts of data. Continue reading »
